American newspapers referred to the refugee crisis , which threatens to destabilize Europe, and to the role of the hostile speech to the refugees and describing them as threatening the European identity, and the role played by the organization of theIslamic state to feed this speech.
The National Interest magazine has published an article by
Rachel Rizzo questioned whether the state organization wants to punish refugees by launching Brussels attacks .
He added that Europeans should not fall prey to the goals of the organization or the speech of the right – wing parties that seek to exploit the bad political climate to promote their agenda.
He pointed out that Brussels attacks left a negative impact on the political scene in Europe, and it has helped in mobilizing broad support for these extremist parties .

He said that European governments need to reassure their publics that it is taking all possible measures to ensure the safety of its citizens, through the strengthening of counter – terrorism policies and border control .
He added that the Europe should exercise a pressure on Europe’s right-wing parties that are anti-refugee, and unite around the historic basic values to ensure the strength of the European project for years to come .
The magazine also published an article of the writer Daniel Hajjar in which he referred to how the west to confront the propaganda carried out by the state organization, and he said that the European Muslims can to undermine the speech of the organization .
The author added that international community should oversee on the counter campaigns to what is promoted by the state organization on social media, and through the implementation of the campaign through these means, overseen by the leaders of the local communities .

and he pointed out that European governments must employ a similar approach and stand by those who feel marginalized, so become prey to extremism, and that they have to support the
communication between government and citizens
He  added that the defeat of extremism requires from the international community
to empower the  communities and give them the   alternative  , whether on the Internet or on the real ground.
