US administration of President Donald Trump  is seeking to arrange the situation in Iraq in the post-defeat Daesh, that in political terms  the United States is the real political sponsors of the Iraqi political system in a stage after   April / May 2003. So US do not want the failure of this experience  because of its negative impact on its interests in the Middle East.

And the US administration arrangements  are  shown during the meeting held by the ” Joint American-Iraqi Committee ”  noting that the Committee discussed the perceptions and proposals that represent the American political foundations for Iraq after Daesh, and then submitted to Haider Abadi, the Iraqi prime minister.  They are as follows:

  1. Staying of US forces and increase its numbers for a period of not less than five years.

Second. the security and intelligence cooperation and rehabilitation of the Iraqi security services.

Third: the United States to train Iraqi armed forces in all its different forms.

Fourth: the rehabilitation of the Iraqi armed forces in terms of organization and armament.

Fifth: the rehabilitation of the affected areas.

These proposals show that Iraq still has military , security and intelligence significance in the political decision-makers in Washington, and the best evidence of this, the US military bases deployed in Iraq beyond 2003, as a Assad base and the bases of   balad  and Taji and Habbaniyah  and al-Qayrah base and a base in Erbil airport  and Baghdad airport,  and Harir airport , and the base of the camp of Ba’shiqah and Karam near Hamdania base of Mosul Dam, and in the near future, the United States of America  may have other military bases in Spyker, Kirkuk and Tal Afar.

On  the political-diplomatic side, Iraq also  occupies a leading position among political decision-maker whether it be  from  the Republican  or the Democratic party  and the proof is that the US embassy in Iraq is the largest US embassies in the region of  the Middle East and this suggests the importance of this country in American politics, but in Arbil, capital of Iraqi Kurdistan , United States  has  the largest Consulate  in the world noting that  the first phase of construction has costed of US $ 600 million, it ranks among the largest US embassies in terms of area. The question in this context whether the United States under its new president, Donald Trump is trying hard to counter Iranian influence in Iraq?

In an interview with “ABC” station Trump expressed strong dissatisfaction with the previous administration, which left Iraq alone, to be a vacuum filled by the Iranians and Daesh, pointing out that  America should put its hands on Iraq’s oil. Bush said that Iraq possessed strength equal to Iran, but that the United States made a mistake when it entered Iraq in a reference  to the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 and then handed  it over to Iran, pointing out that the US administration had to stay there and in control of Iraqi oil.

Several days ago  , the US president , Donald Trump, in a tweet on Twitter, criticized the Iranian interference in Iraq . And he added that Iran is expanding more and more in Iraq until after the US squandered three trillion dollars  there for  along time . Trump added that this expansion was clearly visible for along time . Against the backdrop of the launch of  a ballistic missile by the Iranian regime in late of the last January , President Bush commented  , Iran is playing with fire , and noted in a tweet on Twitter that the Iranians do not appreciate how much Barack Obama was good with them, stressing that it would not be like him. He said that all options are on the table with regard to Iran to respond to the missile test.

The question in this context is Donald Tramp’s remarks to be classified as apolitical statement (Inaction)

Overall, Donald Trump’s comments  suggests , the American president of the United States of America, regarding the Iranian regime, that he was determined to correct  the mistake made by the former two administrations of the Americas , “George W. Bush and Barack Ozbama ”  the first  by  occupying Iraq in April 9  2003, gave to the Iranian regime a priceless strategic gift  when he toppled  the former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein’s regime  , the bitter enemy to Iran, and the second , his lax policies  boosted  the influence of the Iranian regime and penetration in all joints of the  Iraqi political system  of both governmental  non-governmental. As with their policies about Iraq , they set up  a new theory of international relations, a “beneficiary theory  of the occupation ”  is    Trump really going on  to remove the effects of that theory? Or what?
