Under the policy of discontent shown by the administration of US president Barak Obama for the foreign policy pursued by Iraqi Prime minister Haider Al-Abadi , the latest of which was the fabricated tension with the Turkish Government, the us administration sent several days ago Gen. Lloyd Austin , commander of the central command of US Army to meet Iraqi officials, including Iraqi prime minister and Defense minister Khaled Al-Obaidi, having met them separately , and due to the importance of this meeting for the US administration ,the meeting was attended by the US ambassador in Iraq Stewart A. Jones . In these two separated meeting , Gen. Lloyd Austin informed both Iraqi prime minister Haider Al-Abadi and the defense minister Khaled Al-Obaidi that the US is discontent with the diplomatic crisis which was ignited by his Government and Shiite militia on the background of sending some troops and military equipments by Turkish Government to the Iraq specifically near the Mosul city , these officials were informed that Turkey is a strategic ally to the US and is an active member in the fight against ISIS and the angrlik base, which is on its territories , is also used against ISIS ,therefore US will not accept to exert political pressures against its ally. He also informed them that Turkey is an important country to Iraq being direct neighbor to it and have political papers as the Kurdish paper that could adversely affect the stability of Iraq if it is used against them . At these two meeting , Lloyd Auston stopped to a very important issue which was the cause of the fabricated crisis and that is the subject of Iraqi sovereignty wondering why did you express your strong anger as an Iraqi officials about the entry of Turkish troops to your territories and treated with this entry as a flagrant violationof Iraqi sovereignty while the Iranian military presence was completely ignored noting that there are Iranian officers carrying out military operations in Iraq , and you did not express any objection towards Russian missiles launched from the Caspian Sea and passes through your airspace destined for Syria , which affected the civilian traffic in general and you did not deal with daily violations of Russian fighters to that airspace ?
Also, in the framework of his visit to Iraq ,Gen. Lioyd Austin met the president of Kurdistan region –Iraq Massoud Al-Barzani to emphasize the depth of relations between US and the Region and the Coalition in the face of ISIS .
The message of US through Lloyd Austin to Iraqi officials is clear that this crisis has its regional and international dimensions and provokers noting that the regional provoker is Iran in the event that Iran is not willing of the Turkish presence on Iraqi soil, especially in northern provinces that is in the long run will achieve some sort of balance with Iran which control over the southern provinces and middle Euphrates not to mention over Baghdad and Russia is striving behind the crisis to revenge on Turkish Government which dropped the Russian fighter last month so Syria has become a Russian protectorate , and Russia looks o bring Iraq to such protectorate and take from this false crisis as a pretext to interfere based on the pretext that this interference to be done on the request of Iraqi Government to confront Turkish interference and to fight ISIS and this interference is a matter of time no more .
We add here , the remembrance of Iraqi officials of the subject of Iraqi sovereignty seems quite surprised noting that the sovereignty in general is an integrative process between its external and internal form and inseparable from each other . In this context we wonder where was the Iraqi sovereignty in all of the following conditions :
When the former Iraqi prime minister Nori Al-Maliki wasted the wealth of Iraq and the increase of corruption in all joints of Iraqi state so Iraq occupied in accordance with high international organizations a distinguished position in the hierarchy of the countries which sponsor of corruption at the international level , and the savagery of the sectarianism against the Sunni component and transform Iraq into an Iranian district and the Iranian currency is circulating in the Iraqi mar, especially in the southern and middle Euphrates governorates .
About any sovereignty they speak and defend in the event that the authority of the militia is stronger than the authority of the Iraqi prime minister which impose its policy on him
Which sovereignty to leave militias to kill Iraqis especially Sunnis and other nationals residing on the territory of Iraq who exposed to the kidnapping, murder ,torture and material blackmail ignoring the burning of children by the militias of Al-hashed A-lshaabi (the popular crowd).
The sovereignty and its false prestige appear only in front of the Turkish Government and the people of the Sunni provinces in Iraq .
We have not heard or read about the government of a state in the international community behaved like the Iraqi government towards its citizens when requested from the people of Tikrit fleeing from the military interfaces before entering their capital to have a guarantor,
Do citizens within their homeland need a transit visa to move from one governorate to another ? this happens in Iraq. About any sovereignty they adhere and fight for it when
thousands of Iranians stormed Iraqi borders under pretext to commemorate the 40th day anniversary of the death of Imam al-Hussein, we did not hear any Iraqi complaint against this misconduct which remind us of Korean war and Iraq-Iran war noting that we did not hear that any Iraqi official threatens the Iranian regime and has not requested an urgent meeting of the security council and not an emergency meeting of the Arabic league council
and those Iraqi officials did not go to Arab and International bodies and institutions when Ali Younis , the Iranian advisor of president Hassan Rowhani said Iran today has become an empire as it historically was and its capital Baghdad ,and it is the center of our civilization , culture and identity referring to the return of the pre-Islamic Sassanid Empire which occupied Iraq and made al-Madain its capital, and said that the geography of Iraq and Iran are indivisible and our culture is non-refundable for disassembly so that either to fight together or to unite in reference to the Iranian military presence in Iraq recently. So in all of these cases , Iraqi sovereignty is absent because basically there is no sovereignty and was finished off by Iranian influence and its tools .
In this realistic data affecting the essence of internal and external Iraqi sovereignty , we see it is difficult for amateurs of political action of the Iraqi government to persuade superpower state like the US that the crisis with Turkey stems from patriotic feeling and not fabricated ones and its false anger came as a result of violating its sovereignty by Turkey and the US is fully aware of their false proclaims and the US administration is also aware of the regional and international links of the crisis so the US sent Lioyd Austin CENTCOM Commander of the US Army to inform Iraqi government of the American position of the fabricated crisis and this behavior should not repeated with a strong ally of the US in the middle east and it seems that the message has arrived .
We conclude by saying that Iraq since the the consolidation of the control of Iranian influence on it in the reign of the former Iraqi prime minister Nuri al-Maliki and to this day , the talk of sovereignty has become absurd noting that the sovereignty was lost in post-2003 and Iraq as a result has lost its importance as a pivotal state in the Arabic environment and middle east and after this Iraq has become a state without people .
