Daesh has carried out several attacks through group of suicide bombers against security forces and inflicted a number of dead and wounded in these attacks. For his part, Security Council of Kurdistan Region confirms that the attack implemented by militants of Daesh on the province of Kirkuk, it had been carried out by more than 100 militants infiltrated from the town of Hawija through an area between Daquq and Bashir , to the area of Tariq company , South of Kirkuk, and then they were distributed by four trucks , Kia type , flip-flop over locations targeted by the terrorist attacks .
This came in a statement issued by the Security Council of Kurdistan Region(KRSC) on the same day of the attack and announced, “Gunmen, Followers of Daesh wanted to carry out a number of terrorist acts in the district of Dibis in the southern province of Kirkuk, but the security and police forces and the Peshmerga and the support of the citizens, have been able to foil the scheme, from which they were seeking to occupy some areas in the south of Kirkuk, to reduce the pressure on their officials in the city of Mosul. ”
