In summary, Iraq is at a critical juncture, therefore, it is necessary to end the ministerial formation in line with the views of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to proceed with the implementation of his ministerial plan according to his ambitious timetable and any delay in ending it will hinder the government’s ability to implement the approach . This delay is not only the responsibility of the Prime Minister but also of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, which represents the legislative authority in the Iraqi state, which is the most important authority in the democratic system, and therefore , efforts must be concerted to reach the aspired objective of ending the formation of the government, to bring Iraq to the shore of security and peace, and in the service of the Iraqi people and achieve their just demands and legitimate rights.
