Each year, specifically in September, the States Members of the United Nations meet in the General Assembly Hall in New York and continue for three months to discuss issues and questions within the competence of the United Nations, adopt the budget, determine the quotas of Member States and elect non-permanent members of the Security Council. These discussions are attended by many presidents, kings and princes of the world, in which they speak. Under the rules of procedure of the General Assembly of the United Nations, its members are equal and each has one vote, at the legal level.
On the political level, it is quite different, and this is what can be seen in the course of the speeches delivered by the rulers. The political discourse given by the Presidents represents a real test of the strength of the State and its political, economic, military and security presence at the level of the entire international community.
