The winds of insistence on the holding of the Kurdish referendum on the scheduled date blew with what the ships of the presidency of the Kurdistan region of Iraq do not desire (the wind goes against the wish of the ships ) , the purpose of the referendum did not achieve the change of the geographical map of the region through the establishment of a new international entity , it is a failure to reach what it aspires because of the strong rejection shown by the Iraqi, Iranian and Turkish governments who have worked together to abort it. This failure led to the loss of the Kurdistan region of Iraq “land, strength, and allies” who supported it before its conduct, who asked the Kurdish leadership to postpone the date and not cancel it, but that leadership remained firm on its position in its conduct.

Perhaps the misfortunes of some people are advantages to others, despite the failure of the referendum, but it benefited all Iraqis, as the referendum unified the Iraqis, and gave a lesson in unity and stand against anyone who dares to commit a national crime like the division of Iraq. One of the results is that it affirmed the question of no doubt that the two families governing the Kurdistan region of Iraq failed to manage its affairs, and brought back the region to the year before 2003 and perhaps the size of the losses will increase with the coming days.
Preliminary information indicates that the presidency of the Kurdistan Region is about to go to an end and it is basically ended and illegal. Now after the setback of the referendum and the loss of gains that were achieved by the Kurdistan Region after 2003, and after the expulsion of the terrorist criminal organization ISIS, the Kurdistan region of Iraq became in dire need of a National Salvation government to absorb the shock caused by the failed referendum, and this government has the following tasks:
First: Re-establishing bridges of trust between the Kurdistan region of Iraq and the federal government headed by Dr. Haider Abadi.
Second: Re-establishing bridges of trust with the neighboring regional governments, especially those who refused to hold the referendum.
Third: The Government of Salvation to expel all terrorist organizations from the region as a base for its terrorist operations against neighboring countries.
Fourth: the national Salvation Government is conducting the affairs of foreign policy of the region.
Fifth: The National Salvation Government is working to recover Iraqi Kurdish funds from the Barzani and Talabani families, and will work to cancel and secure the companies associated with these families.
Sixth: The National Salvation Government is working to preserve the blood of all Iraqis and don’t shed it in order to achieve special desires, and will also work to preserve the dignity of the Kurds in the Kurdistan region.
Seventh: The Government of National Salvation abolishes the presidency of the Kurdistan region of Iraq and replaced by the Kurdish parliament.
Seventh: The National Salvation Government shall conduct elections in the Kurdistan Region within a period not exceeding two years.
Eighth: The National Salvation Government is working to unify the Peshmerga in the Ministry of Defense and to make its work professional and not subject to parties. This also applies to the police force “Asayish”
Ninth: The National Salvation Government is working to abolish the two administrations in the Kurdistan region of Iraq in order to establish security in the region.
In this difficult circumstance that the Kurdistan region of Iraq passes through , all Kurdish parties and political forces must be recalled to form a government of national salvation and be formed as soon as possible that does not exceed 48 hours, and be a mini-government and consists of six to eight ministers, headed by a national figure respected and appreciated by citizens in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and the federal government headed by Dr. Haider Abadi, and also enjoys the regional and international respect and appreciation . And it is necessary for the success of the work of this government that the president should not be from the Barzani and Talabani families, who contributed significantly to lead the Kurdistan region to the brink of abyss.
